ABSTRACT

Most of the research study and review seeks to identify the type of effective leadership, however, that effective leadership is hard to find if the model of leadership that stands alone. An emerging solution is a model of integrative leadership. This article explores models of integrative leadership related to organizational effectiveness. The first section of this article discusses the various types of leadership theories. The second part is to discuss models of integrative leadership.

ABSTRAK

Sebagian besar penelitian dan tinjauan berupaya mengidentifikasi jenis kepemimpinan yang efektif, namun demikian kepemimpinan yang efektif sulit ditemukan jika model kepemimpinan itu berdiri sendiri. Sebuah solusi yang muncul adalah model kepemimpinan integratif. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi model-model kepemimpinan integratif yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas organisasi. Bagian pertama artikel ini membahas berbagai jenis teori kepemimpinan. Bagian yang kedua adalah membahas model-model kepemimpinan integratif.

Kata kunci : kepemimpinan integratif, efektivitas organisasi.
